Interconnect Health and Wellness (IH&W) is a health care support service aimed at bridging the gaps in our health care system and the gaps in Western vs. Indigenous ways of being. We work in partnership with clients, communities, and governments to ensure that they are empowered with their health journeys. IH&W is 100% owned and operated by a Yukon First Nation Registered Nurse.
